From first call to first day.
Most moves take three to six months, and the longest part is usually the notice period at home. This is how it runs, and what physicians ask us most.
- 01 · Confidential call. Twenty minutes on your specialty, grade, family and preferred country.
- 02 · Anonymous profile. You approve it before any hospital sees it. No name, no clinic, no documents.
- 03 · Interview. By video, and only with your consent for that hospital.
- 04 · Offer and package. We negotiate grade, salary and benefits with you.
- 05 · Licensing. Primary source verification (DataFlow) and classification by the regulator: SCFHS, DOH, DHA or DHP. Verification usually takes 15 to 25 working days.
- 06 · Visa and start. The employer sponsors your visa. You start after your notice period.

Usually not. Saudi Arabia classifies a recognised European specialty certificate without an equivalency examination, and in the UAE German and Austrian certificates are Tier 1, with no examination.
That depends on your years after the specialty certificate. In Saudi Arabia consultant classification generally expects three to five years; in the UAE two years with a German certificate and Oberarzt title.
Yes. Your licence to practise (Approbation) and your specialist title remain valid while you work abroad.
