Healthcare Functions — Technology

The equipment arrives. The people decide whether it works.

A new hospital orders imaging, theatres, a cath lab and an information system. The difference between a building full of equipment and a working service is the people who commission it, integrate it and keep it running.

Roles we cover
  • Biomedical and clinical engineering leadership.
  • Clinical information systems — HIS, EMR, PACS, integration and interoperability.
  • Medical device technical and application specialists.
  • Commissioning and activation leadership for new hospitals and new service lines.
  • Digital health and clinical informatics.
Why we place these alongside physicians

Because they arrive together, or the service does not start. A structural heart programme needs an interventional cardiologist, imaging that supports the procedure, and someone who can make the two speak to each other. Recruiting them through three different suppliers is how commissioning dates slip.

We recruit for hospitals, not for vendors. Where a role sits on the supplier side, we say so rather than dressing it as a clinical appointment.

Discuss a physician search.

Tell us the specialty, the licence class and the date the post has to be covered. We will tell you in the first week whether the market supports it.
