Vorsprung People is a healthcare search firm built around one combination: physicians who completed their specialist training in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, who speak Arabic, and who want to practise in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. Few firms recruit this pool deliberately. It is the centre of ours.
We find specialists, consultants and heads of department, check every file against the destination regulator before a hospital sees a name, and stay with the physician through DataFlow, SCFHS classification and the move itself. The hospital remains employer and sponsor; we make sure nothing on our side slows the process down.
Our network counts more than 2,000 German-, Austrian- and Swiss-trained physicians, from specialists to heads of department. We are a registered supplier to a leading healthcare group in Abu Dhabi, our Saudi entity is in licensing with the Ministry of Investment (MISA), and our own healthcare platform supports the match between physicians and hospitals.

We work in German, English and Arabic, answer every enquiry within one business day, and present nobody without written consent.

We are not a mass staffing agency or a relocation service, and physicians never pay us anything. We do not invent references, and we do not promise certainty where the regulator decides.
